We are looking for a new illustration agent to come on-board with an established but growing creative production agency. You will need a mix of talents to fill the multi-faceted role but above all you will have a passion for the creative industry with at least two years’ experience. You’ll be a go getter to bring in new opportunities for Jelly and our artists, with a drive to be part of the process in creating high quality content for a top list of clients. You will be forward thinking, always a step ahead whether it's running a project, actively seeking out new business opportunities or assessing / searching for new talent. Your love for the work we produce and the talent we represent will drive you forward in the everyday tasks of an agent. These include:
- Booking new business appointments
- Presenting new business meetings
- Running projects from start to finish
- Taking client briefs and briefing artists in turn
- Budgeting / scheduling / negotiating fees & rights
- Quality controlling artwork for delivery / checking work is on brief
- Assessing and managing submissions
- Paperwork / admin
- Networking and attending industry events
Experience in project management and production is a massive plus. You will need to be a flexible problem solver who can keep their cool so that clients have confidence in you and our artists trust you. You'll be pro at juggling multiple tasks and take in your stride working in a fast paced environment, be efficient, able to manage your time effectively and constantly assess priorities to get things done. Experience of budgeting, scheduling and negotiating will help greatly as will a super organized approach to paperwork and admin. You will have the initiative and confidence to work independently but happily to integrate into our wider team at Jelly and work alongside others when needed.
