Earlier this month, jelly artist Matt Johnstone joined us in the studio for a few days to help us with a spot of decorating!
We moved into our new office back in the summer and felt our new space needed some character. So, we got in touch with local artist Matt to develop a feature wall covered in his illustrations.
We decided on a map-like landscape of London featuring not only London landmarks, but creative landmarks too! We invited Shots, BBH, Ogilvy, CHI, JWT, Engine and YCC - seven companies that we work hard and play hard with - to send their ideas to be included on the map.
Matt's final sketch was projected onto the wall and he spent a few days armed with a ladder and marker pens tracing the lines to produce the large mural before its grand unveiling on Thursday 3rd November.
Our internal team of producers tracked Matt's progress from start to finish and edited this short film of his work:
[If you haven't already spotted, jelly towers is the big, pink wobbly building in the middle. But if you look closely, you may be able to spot portraits of the jelly team decorating the streets of Creative London!] Here are a few stills of Matt's progress:
