Cannes Lions is well under way, and we’re super excited to reveal which huge project jelly’s talented artists have been working on in the run up to the festival.
#BigInCannes is a mobile interactive competition which invites Cannes Lions attendees to pit their creative talents against 12,000 fellow festival-goers, and create their own ad headlines, to appear as a live digital out-of-home ad on ‘Le Grand Screen.’
To enter, participants simply need to visit the mobile-friendly website www.bigincannes.com and pick from a series of marker pen-style Vine animations - created exclusively for Cannes by jelly’s Hannah Warren, Damien Weighill and in-house animation team, jelly Kitchen.
Each animation will feature a real brand from a selection including Unilever, Nestle and General Motors. Users then simply compose their headline and submit.
Cannes delegates can also go to the site to vote for their favourite ads, with the most popular being showcased on #LeGrandScreen and seen by an audience of the most creative minds in the world.
Clear Channel Outdoor, in partnership with CURB and DOOH.com, is delighted to bring Le Grand Screen back to Cannes for the second year, and give Cannes attendees the chance to interact with the world’s largest rooftop mounted digital HD out-of-home screen.
So which creative minds are behind this interactive competition? All will be revealed during the festival….
