This short by Daniela Sherer is inspired by “The Peregrine”, a dark autobiographical novel written by a birdwatcher who obsessively follows a hawk and records his journey in a diary.
The animation is a kind of abstract-minimalist piece about a birdwatcher’s journey, and the landscapes he and the peregrine visit.
Daniela has had the fortune of working with an amazing musician/sound designer, Phil Brookes, who created a brilliant soundscape for this one.
